What are the shipping delays?

We ship out the ordered item(s) same or next day of payment.

German customers : Expect to receive your order in around 1-4 working days.
European customers : Expect to receive your order in around 2-6 working days.
Other customers : Expect to receive your your order in around working 2-10 days.

Sizing

Deliver Clothing uses its own cuts. We have a sizechart where you can see the total length and the chest width of all our products.

Can I return the clothing for exchange or refund?

You can send the items back if there is a defect or if the size ain't right. But please let us know by mail before end so we can figure things out and arrange the exchange. The item must be returned as when sent, unworn, with all tags. Refund will only happen if we can't find a solution to make you happy!
You have 7 days from the delivery day to exchange a product. Please proceed as explained below:

Send us an e-mail at info[at]deliverclothing.com with those information:

1 - The reason why you want to send back the product
2 - The invoice Number
3 - For an exchange: the model, size and color you want then.

At the end, send it back to:

We will proceed the exchange within 48H.

Can i get some stickers?

Well that really is a tough one since we only get Deliver Stickers made once in a while so we usually reserve them for customers. Indeed we always include some with orders and if not a sticker, at least a little something to make it all worth.

Can you sponsor me?

Deliver already shows love to a nice crew, the deliver family, including snowboarders, freeskiers, skateboarders, bmx riders and others… So unless you really think you got something spezial, do not even bother asking…

How come Deliver Clothing is not sold around my place?

Well, maybe your favorite store doesn`t know us! Let them know we exist or share the good info with us! We`ll happy to see if the match our high level of high class coperation policy!
